Hour-based quotas for customised support
Okuma’s proven ”ServTime” packages allow customers to select a number of hours to be used within twelve months for services such as inspection, maintenance, overhaul, repair, training or recommissioning. There is a choice of “ServTime” contingents of 30, 60 or 90 hours for individual machines. Alternatively, “ServTime Company” offers flexible hourly contingents of 100, 150 or 200 hours for the entire Okuma machine park.
In addition to faster response times (an Okuma engineer will call you back within 30 minutes), the contracts offer significant cost savings, such as lower travel costs or reduced engineer rates. Even overtime surcharges are not charged. In addition, “ServTime” customers receive a 10% discount on spare and wear parts.

Okuma Germany (Hall 10, Stand D71) has now put together a special “ServTime” package offer exclusive to AMB 2024, which will take place in Stuttgart from 10 to 14 September 2024: Anyone who signs a contract with a start date of 1 October 2024 during the promotional period from 10 to 30 September 2024 will receive an additional 10% discount on spare and wear parts for the first six months of the term, making a total discount of 20%. The offer is valid for a total order value of up to 30,000 euros.
