Even closer to the customer: precisa CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH becomes Okuma Austria GmbH

Krefeld (Germany)/Vienna (Austria), 18 January 2024. Okuma is further expanding its operations across Europe. The well-known CNC machine tools manufacturer acquired the Austrian company, precisa CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH, with effect from 1 January 2024. The Vienna-based company will now operate under the name Okuma Austria GmbH and focus on improving customer service and sales.

“As the exclusive sales partner for Okuma in Austria for over 35 years, precisa CNC-Werkzeugmaschinen has been a significant key to our success there. Now that it is our wholly owned subsidiary, we can continue and expand our business.
