Okuma presents innovative machine solutions at GrindingHub

Krefeld/Stuttgart (Germany), 05 March 2024. At GrindingHub, Okuma Europe GmbH focuses on high-performance machine tools that improve grinding quality and productivity. From 14 to 17 May 2024, the renowned manufacturer of CNC machine tools will be demonstrating how the Grinder GP25W and the Multitasking Machine MULTUS U3000 with grinding kit can be used to meet the highest manufacturing standards live at the Messe Stuttgart convention centre.

GP25W: Precise grinding of small workpieces
The compact Grinder GP25W  is ideal for the precision machining of small parts, such as those found in vehicles or domestic appliances. The machine is equipped with Okuma’s CNC control OSP-P300 for efficiency and particularly high user-friendliness even for inexperienced users. Furthermore, new programs and machine settings can be easily loaded via QR codes. The automated movement of machine components and direct calibration of different diameters boost productivity even more.

New dimensions in complete machining with the MULTUS U3000
The MULTUS U3000 performs complex, process-intensive machining operations. The Multitasking Machine with integrated grinding kit meets the most demanding requirements for complete machining of small and large batch sizes. The MULTUS U3000 features a high-precision C-axis for the main and counter spindles, as well as an automatic tool changer with 80 tools. The innovative CNC control OSP-P500, which maximises ease of use and productivity while delivering significant energy savings, is also included as standard.

Live demonstrations at the grinding industry event
Interested trade visitors will be able to see the benefits and applications of both machines in live demonstrations at GrindingHub, Booth C31, Hall 10.
